Engineered Composite Repairs enable you to extend the lifetime of your plant by carrying out on-site repairs and reinforcements without having to do a full replacement. The method offers a highly cost efficient way of maintaining pressure- and structural integrity in piping systems, tanks and structural members with no need for shutting down your plant and without the need for hot work.

The composite repair work is performed in accordance with the qualifying requirements detailed in ISO/TS 24817.

For all applications undertaken by NCA, a close out report is produced for the Client. This document details the key parameters of the repair carried out in accordance with the design calculations, the installation method statement ensuring that the Clients’ requirements are fully fulfilled.
